We understand that plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with Nulvie.
Cancelling an Order
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@nulvie.com with your order number and a request to cancel.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment or shipped, in which case we may not be able to cancel it.
- There are no cancellation fees.
After 24 Hours
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy once you receive the item.
Subscription Cancellations
Managing your Nulvie subscription is easy:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fees.
- To cancel, email support@nulvie.com with your order number and a request to cancel your subscription, or log in to your account and manage it directly.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before your payment method is charged for the next cycle. If submitted after the renewal date, the upcoming shipment will still be processed, but future orders will be cancelled.
- There are no cancellation fees for subscriptions.
