Manage Your Nulvie Subscription

Thank you for being a Nulvie subscriber! Managing your subscription is simple. Here's everything you need to know.

How to Access Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your Nulvie account at nulvie.myshopify.com/account
  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions section
  3. Select the subscription you'd like to manage

What You Can Do

  • Pause: Temporarily pause your subscription if you need a break.
  • Skip a Delivery: Skip your next shipment without cancelling your subscription.
  • Change Frequency: Update how often you receive your orders (e.g., monthly, every 2 months).
  • Update Payment Method: Change or update the credit card or payment method on file.
  • Update Shipping Address: Change your delivery address at any time.
  • Cancel: Cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, with no fees.

Important Timing

All subscription changes (pause, skip, frequency, payment, or cancellation) must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle. Changes made less than 24 hours before billing may not be applied until the following cycle.
