Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Please double-check all details prior to placing your order. For cancellation assistance, please email support@nulvie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once payment is processed, the order is in progress and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:
- Contact support@nulvie.com to initiate your return
- Original packaging preferred
- Please note that opened products are eligible under this guarantee unless deemed abusive or fraudulent
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Only first-time purchases qualify — subscription renewals are subject to standard policy
We reserve the right to deny eligibility if the behavior appears abusive or fraudulent (e.g., frequent returns, excessive use claims).
Returns
To start a return, email us at support@nulvie.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any damaged items claim must be reported within 30 days from the date of delivery and we require photographic evidence.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable. Nulvie is not responsible for returned packages until they have been received by us.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
All purchases made on Nulvie are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to the customer once a delivery has been successfully made by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking shows the item as delivered.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions are subject to our regular terms of use as well as our return and shipping policy. To cancel a subscription, you must do so before the renewal date by emailing support@nulvie.com with your order number and a request to cancel. Cancellations must be completed prior to your payment method being charged. If requested after the renewal date, the shipment will still be shipped out, however we will cancel future orders.
Policy Amendments
Nulvie reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
